Thank you for subscribing to Agrix Marketplace, a SaaS platform operated by AGRIX PLATFORM LTD.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply to your subscription.
1. General Terms
Agrix Marketplace is a subscription-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform.
All users receive full access to the platform's features immediately upon activation of their subscription.
As our service provides digital access to online tools and verified communication features, refunds are generally not available once a subscription is activated.
2. Free Trial
Agrix may offer a 3-day free trial (or another promotional period) to allow users to test the platform before subscribing.
During the trial, you may cancel at any time without being charged.
Once the trial expires and payment is processed, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Purchases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Activated monthly or annual subscriptions
- Early cancellations during an active billing cycle
- Failure to use or log in to the platform
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
You may cancel future renewals at any time via your account settings to avoid further charges.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments due to technical errors
- Incorrect billing amounts caused by system malfunction
- Payment processed without your authorization (after investigation and verification)

5. Automatic Renewal and Cancellation
Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel renewal at any time through your account dashboard before the next billing date.
Once renewal is processed, the fee is non-refundable.
6. Payment Providers
All payments are securely processed by Stripe or other approved payment providers.
Agrix does not store or handle your credit card information directly.
